Welcome to the Winmark Business Solutions (WBS) website and PeerSphere™ Community. Before you post comments or create your own Sphere, there are a few things that you should know. First, we may edit the content of your comments or remove your comments from the WBS website at our discretion. Second, all the comments that you post on this website can be viewed by others, so only add information to the website that you wish to share. Third, there are rules and conditions that you must agree to before you can participate in the WBS website and PeerSphere community. Please carefully review them:

By registering, you understand and agree to the following:

  1. My account is for my use only and I am fully responsible for all activities that occur under my password or account, including any postings to the website.
  2. Others have the ability to directly submit information on this site, and Winmark Corporation and its affiliates cannot guaranty the accuracy, integrity or quality of the information.
  3. All of the comments that I submit are public information that will be viewed by others.
  4. Any information that I submit to Winamrk Business Solutions becomes the property of Winmark Corporation and its affiliates. By submitting information, I give Winmark Corporation and its affiliates the right, but not the obligation, to post, edit, exhibit, re-use, publish, reproduce, use, license, print, distribute or otherwise use my information and accompanying personal identifying information in all forms of media, in perpetuity. I understand that Winmark Corporation and its affiliates may use any information I submit for any duration of time in their sole discretion.
  5. I will not falsely state, impersonate or otherwise misrepresent my identity.
  6. I will not submit or otherwise make available: (a) material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights; (b) falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage Winmark Business Solutions or any third party; (c) material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, violates any law, or is otherwise inappropriate; (d) unsolicited advertising or promotional materials, (e) material that I do not have the right to disclose by law, contract or because of a fiduciary relationship; or (f) material that impersonates another person.
  7. I will comply with any rules of conduct and the Privacy Policy governing this site, as they may be amended.
  8. Winmark Business Solutions may suspend or remove me from the system for any reason, and may bar me from further use of the WBS website and PeerSphere community.
