Customers don't need to have 24 hour access to me. They can leave a message for me at work.

As I'm out on calls with my customers it's rude to receive calls during their time. As I don't have files at my finger tips and because there are people who call after hours I quit giving out my cell phone. Unless you're a transplant surgeon why do you let customers manage your time? I also found that if you don't let your employees try to handle some of the issues that come up they'll always have to rely on you. It's called delegating.
