I am seeking financial assistance for a small business. The heater in the building went bad. However I am leasing the property. It clearly states in my lease that I am responsible for anything that goes wrong while I am obtaining the property. It is a daycare center. unfortunately my enrollment has dropped tremdously due to the layoff's some of the parents are experiencing. I went to several organizations for help but was refused help. What do you suggest that I do. Could you please provide me with some solutions to my problems. Also my PSEG BILL IS OUTRAGOUS. I NEED ASSISTANCE ASAP. The PSEG BILL IS CURRENTLY 10,000 DOLLARS.
