Franchise Tax in Vermont

If your corporation in Vermont is a domestic corporation (a corporation organized in Vermont) or a foreign corporation (a corporation organized in a state other than Vermont), you must file an annual report. The annual report, along with a $35 fee for a domestic corporation or a $175 fee for a foreign corporation, is payable to the Secretary of State.

The annual report fee for a domestic LLC is $25, and the annual report fee of a foreign LLC is $125.
