Restrictions on Firing Employees in Delaware

Delaware laws make it unlawful for an employer to require an employee to take a polygraph test; fire an employee for serving on jury duty; fire an employee for filing a wage claim or reporting a child labor, access to personnel file, or wage/hour law violation; or deny equal employment opportunity.
