Credit Card Processing

It seems that my bank is charging me a lot to process credit/debit cards. I'm taking more and more cards and believe these fees should be less. How are others handling these issue?

Give the customers a break!

I started offering discounts to those who paid with cash, much like gas stations around the country are doing. It doesn't cost me but a few dollars and clients appreciate the savings. Try it. Even if you still have to pay your credit card company's monthly minimum fee; it's probably still going to be less than the fee per transaction.

Credit card processing

Today's fast-paced marketplace demands that your business has the ability to accept credit cards from your customers. Credit card processing is a must in any business, as today most people prefer to use their plastic over carrying cash

Banking and Lending

if you process directly from a bank you can be sure that you have NOT a good deal... they don't make deals because they give the service but dont sell it.
any ISO can usually beat them

my business basically does credit card processing, business loans and other services;

i usually analyze the business processing statements and break them down so the owner can see what is being charged for between rates and recurring fees (the bs fees) and then beat it to give the business a nice extra cash. banks are usually the most costly and lately they became pretty shady and don't show much on the statements. you can check in visa and mastercard official sites for the interchange rates so you ll have an idea how good is your deal but BEWARE nobody can charge you less than the interchange so if you have a lesser charge be sure that your processor is adding fees somewhere to make up for the loss!

about the lending area banks have not given business loans in months now even with 800+ credit
so far the best way to get money is to link a cash advance to the credit card processing basically selling your future receivables at a discount rate:

this brings a few advantages: you don t need credit checks and the loan does not modify your income-debt ratio, plus does not need personal guarantee or collateral, gets approved and funded within a week and the payback fluctuates with the processing volume so you don t get stuck with a big monthly payment if your business slow down...
